It was founded in 2020, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, as a response to the urgent need for mental health services in our community. From our early days in Miami, Florida, we committed to providing in-person psychological care, always prioritizing the well-being of our patients—even during a time of global uncertainty.

Guided by a patient-centered philosophy, Palazzo believes that every individual deserves compassionate, comprehensive, and professional care. Over time, we expanded our services to become a full-spectrum healthcare clinic.

With a strong background in leadership and business management, she has successfully combined her entrepreneurial vision with a deep commitment to community well-being. Throughout her career, she has led numerous projects in both healthcare and event production, always standing out for her compassion and civic engagement. Her active involvement in community outreach — including volunteer work with seniors, veterans, and hospitalized children — reflects her mission to create a healthcare center grounded in empathy, inclusion, and patient-centered care.

Chavelis Morales Founder and CEO

Dr. Rogelio Iglesias, MD is a licensed medical doctor in the state of Florida, with specialized training in Family Medicine from the University of Miami and the University of Medical Sciences of Havana. With over 30 years of clinical experience, he has served as a primary care physician, medical director in various healthcare settings, and a specialist in aesthetic medical procedures. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the American Medical Association. Dr. Iglesias has also completed multiple certifications in biomedical research, chronic pain management, and medical error prevention. His approach blends clinical expertise, diagnostic accuracy, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Rogelio Iglesias MD

Sandra Villar is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in ABA Interventions for individuals with autism and developmental disorders. With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families, offering clinical therapy, family counseling, case management, and social skills programs. In the U.S., she has served in respected organizations such as Catholic Charities and Miami Behavioral Health Center. Sandra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), with additional training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Her approach blends evidence-based practice, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient progress.

Andre Rivero Guevara, MD, PA is a licensed medical doctor with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and over 25 years of experience in mental health care. He completed psychiatry residency training at the University of Missouri and the University of Miami – Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he also completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. In the United States, he is licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida and has served as a psychiatric provider in various mental health clinics and correctional institutions. His strong medical background and specialization in psychiatry make him a highly qualified professional dedicated to delivering comprehensive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive care to patients of all ages.

Andre Rivero Guevara MD, PA

Dr. José C. López Escobar, MD is a psychiatrist with over 30 years of clinical experience in mental health. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic and completed postdoctoral psychiatry training at the Illinois State Psychiatric Institute and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Yitsy has worked with children with developmental disabilities, supporting the acquisition of communication, social, and adaptive skills through individualized behavior plans.
